What we provide
Everything your group needs, in one place.
- Rooms
- Twenty one- and two-bedroom apartments over two storeys, with king beds, air conditioning, a desk and WiFi. Six ground-floor apartments are step-free.
- Food
- Breakfast, lunch and dinner cooked on site for your group, around your group's dietary needs where possible. A bar, coffee and smoothies in the restaurant.
- Facilities
- The air-conditioned strength gym and the boxing gym for your sessions, plus two cold plunges, a traditional sauna, a magnesium spa and the heated pool.
- Facilitators
- Mindset sessions with Nick, strength, fitness and nutrition with Lucy, boxing with Jamie and breathwork with Josh, booked by the session or the week. Or bring your own.
- Getting here
- Samui Airport is 45 minutes by road, and transfers can be arranged for the whole group. Island trips such as Pig Island can be arranged.

Twenty apartments sleep up to forty-four guests. Tell us your numbers and we'll show you how the rooms split.
Do you pay commission?
Yes, to partners who sell places on our retreats. Ask for the partner pack and we'll send the rate.
How is pricing worked out?
A partner rate per person per week for accommodation, meals and use of the facilities, with coaching added if you want ours. You set your own price to your guests.
Can we bring our own coaches?
Tell us who you'd bring and we'll talk through how it works.
Is there space for workshops?

How does alcohol work?
There's a bar in the restaurant. Tell us how you'd like alcohol handled for your group.
Can a company run a work retreat here?
Yes, with one thing to check first: Thailand's visa-free entry is for tourism, so if your trip includes work or business activity, check the entry rules for your team before you book.
What are the deposit and cancellation terms?
We set them with you in writing before you pay anything.
